Edur aka "Crazy Eddie" was a merchant by trade, a rarity in these primitive times, but lucrative trade it was. which is why it was no surprise that He had packed everything in his inventory that might combust, explode, sizzle, or otherwise burn and made the month's journey to the city of Var Kagus, capital of the Fire goblin tribe. for it was at this time that the fire tribe goblins celebrated Kagus-fer, an anual celebration honoring their chief deity, Kagu god of fire.
Tired from the road he walked the final steps into the city where he was met by an uproar of the over zealetous celebrants. business would be good.

Edur bent down slowly, trying to gently place his cart on the ground. He knew that if he wasn't careful, another incident like that in Shura would happen. Law officials, panicked citizens, and chaos - he didn't want none of that. It was surprising even now how that happened, as a seemingly insignificant bottle of liquid labeled "nitro" had been vigourously thrown by an angry customer. Either way, Edur learned to be careful with his cart of trinkets and magic items, and to not buy anything Bob the Explosive.

He placed his cart down, and wiped the sweat from his forehead. He couldn't wait to be in the subterranean caverns of Var-Kargus and their surprisingly cool atmosphere. But outside, the temperature was far too hot for him, as his ogre clan had lived for centuries on the steppes to the far north, and he was born a cold weather creature. He had left his clan years ago in an effort to find wealth and power for his clan during these times. The Zuki clan had been sparred the death caused by attacking humanoids, due to their inhospitable home. But, they relied on the outside world for anything more then food and clothing, and would be defenseless without support. So he left, as a sort of ambassador to the world. But it had been a long time, and in order to survive he had to focus more and more on his job, and less on his purpose. But that was gonna change soon.

He had a lead, that one of his people had come to this town, and that they would be leaving soon, heading back to his people. He wanted to stop him, ask what has happened, and give he whatever he can to help his people. He hopes he can give him some of his priceless items, the items he hides from the public. Staffs that can polymorph people, buckets that make water, glowing wands, scrolls, and even more powerful items. With these, he could keep his promise, and show his people that he didn't forget about his duty.

He grabbed his cart back up (gently, of course), and headed into the caves. He got blasted by cool air as he entered, it's stale and stinky smell invigorating. He walked to the place he had arranged for himself to put up his stand. The goblins were dwarfed by him, but they knew his face, and welcomed him. He pulled out his items he wanted to sell, and started to call at the nearby goblins.

"Welcome friends, to Crazy Eddie's Emporium! I have goods from far away lands, both magical and useful in nature. Tools, weapons, toys, clothes, books - anything you could imagine. All for low, low prices." He kept a lookout for the ogre, not doubting he could find him in a crowd of three foot tall goblins.

Business was booming, pardon the pun, for Edur that day. In a scant few hours he had managed to sell his entire stock to the excited masses of goblins. Edur's success was marred only with the dissapointment in his heart that he saw only goblins that day, which meant that the rumors had proven false of another of his kind in this location. As Edur counted the days profits a deep thruming came from within the caves.
