I was thinking the same thing. Faced paced combat is really interesting, especially in a PbP setting. Combat usually takes longer in this kind of setting, you know?

I figured you fellers were done - hadn't seen hide nor hair of you since before I last posted. Half of the players just dropped out of the last scenario, so, I haven't been back to post another scenario.
Still interested?

Give me a few days to get it together. Right now, my game is back up and running full force - I have two groups to write for and one solo, so I'm kinda strapped.
But, those issues will resolve and I'll be able to throw in a quick post pretty soon.
Bel - Mirko is 2nd level now, right?
Noo - Bra'Kan is ready to roll again, eh?
Jimx - Aramil or Veit? I like 'em both!

Bra'Kan might be making another appearence, we'll see. Having a might two weilding barbarian chugging ale, nothing is wrong with that.

J
yep, Mirko made it to 2nd level,
but I thought you were not going to give out experience points in the games, just post the level of the scenario and we created the characters

can I play Mirko on 2nd level or should I just keep him 1st level?

I'd probably wind up using Aramil, though Veit is an incarnation of a character I've played many times before. I think this is actually the 6th Veit I've played....I do like Aramil quite a bit, though. We'll see.

Bel - yes, play Mirko at 2nd level - keep track of his XP - may come in handy in the future

Jimx - Aramil is a cool character - I like him a lot.

Fellers, I'm gonna get a scenario lined up for next week (at least that's my goal). I plan on posting it some time this weekend. And if you don't mind, I'm only gonna advertise for one or two players because I'm gonna automatically allow Mirko, Aramil, Bra'Kan (or whatever else you want to play, Noo) in the game. That is, if you don't mind.

That's fine, as long as you leave it open for me to play Veit if I so choose. You never no, the situation may call for a cleric instead of a ranger.

Bel - rolled a "9" - add +3 Con bonus and Mirko has an additional 12 hp, giving him 27 hp at 2nd level. Sheesh.

Looks cool as heck, akiko! Love the pic!
There's gotta be a story behind the dark shading "birthmark" on his arms and chest.

Fellers, looks like I have four!
Bel, Noo, Jimx, and Akiko - why advertise when you have four good ones right here?
Whoohooo!

Also, fellers, if you want, now would be a good time to add any Forgotten Realms "flavor" to your characters. Just nothing too crazy okay? Be gentle.

Thank you. Unfortunately the game isn't going anywhere quickly. Not the DM's fault with so many PCs we were slow when we started and then the site went down for a month. I wonder if it will ever recover. I got a story in the other thread of him being born like that and the shaman saying he wields the blessed mark of the beast and his mother dying during birth. I was thinking of taking him the Master of Many Forms or Wild-shaper PrC but then thought I might just go straight druid. Who knows where he will go.

Pick an Uthgardt tribe - preferably a "good" one

No red wizards please!!!
This is the North, the Savage Frontier (and any other title Ed Greenwood has given this region! ).

“ The son of Babel and Kip was said to be blessed despite the events surrounding his birth. His mother had been ordered to bed rest, as her load was an unorthodox carry for her small frame. The child never seemed to kick and the mother fell ill on the moons leading up to his birth and this concerned the shaman. A natural birth did not look possible after hours of labor, and the decision was made to cut open the abdomen of the mother to release the child. Silent as he was he was removed from the mother who did not make it. None of the tribe would soon forget the woman who made cookies for them and song songs of hope and love early on in her gestation. The shaman informed the father that the child was blessed with the touch of nature and that he was destined to become one with the animals.

Babel was a cleric of Yondala, who served as the healer, leader and advisor to the other hin in the caravan. He raised his child with love and told him he was special and blessed. This is what all the adults called him \"blessed\". As Babelson grew he knew that he was neither blessed nor that anyone meant it when they associated the word with his name. The children were all very scared of him and never allowed him to play with them. They called him names and didn't want to catch his cooties. Babel taught his son to wrap his hands so that they would not be so obvious when out among other people, especially the larger folk. Babel tried to instill in his son a love of the priesthood. Offering him a way of fitting in with the others and hopefully guiding them one day when Babel himself was no longer able. This would never come to pass.

After so many years of growing next to peers who feared him or senior children who despised him from taking the cookie maker away Babelson decided to leave and never return. He waited until they were in a town, selling wares. When no one would miss him. He took his only friend, his dog Red with him and walked off into the woods and never looked back.

He has learned to live off the land and applied some of what his father taught him to survive. Now he wanders the forest, learning more and more about the animals and nature. Only venturing into town rarely for new clothing or supplies. While there he is always careful to stay covered and hopefully not be found by any of the old caravan. He never wishes to return.

<Sorry if the writing is sucky. I really like my concept, character and history, just having a hard time executing it here. Especially while at work. >
