Smashing the window would count as a full action, so this round you could move there and put the glass through. Next turn you'd be able to crawl through (Obviously you'd have to be careful about not cutting yourself on the shards, which is why I'm making it take so long).
Casting enlarge person on Balar might be entertaining though- but since I don't have my rules to hand, I'm not sure if it's feasible. As long as it's not a touch spell, you could probably do it, but he may have to stoop a little.

Edit your IC post to let me know what you're going for- and hurry, 'cos it looks like Shoelip's impatient to break heads...

Rawr! Or maybe it's wurf...

Not really that impatient, though I would like to get to do something soon.

I have a 30 ft. range on the Enlarge Person spell, if I can cast it from where I am, or by doing a 5 foot step, I'll do it.

Did I read that right? Lionel is casting enlarge person on Balar's balls?! I don't see how that's going to help, but it is certainly intimidating. Sorry, I'm amusing myself with the visual.

Alright, you keep picturing my characters big hairy scrotum and he'll keep fighting... as soon as it's his turn!

Dunnit. Took a while 'cos I had to find the rules for the spell.

I'm off invading Wales again this weekend, so I'll try to post on Sunday.

Balar is now a large creature, so receives a strength bonus and is easier to hit. I'm not sure there's much else to it, and there's certainly nothing to prevent you from drawing your weapon and swinging it around. Edit your post if you want.

Ok, Balar will thrust his mighty sword into the floor on the opposite side of his opponent from him.

On friday night, I spent three hours standing on the M6, waiting for the REME to get their arse in gear and tow me back to base. The MOD needs to purchase new vehicles as a matter of priority- I've broken this particular one twice in as many weeks!

Anyway, back to the game. LeadPal still hasn't posted, and I suspect he's sloped off, which is a shame. I'll NPC him for now, and if there's nothing by the end of the month, I'll have to look for another sodding replacement.

What's an M6, REME, and MOD. I'll guess the latter means Ministry of Defense. At any rate, doesn't sound like a fun way to spend a Friday night. In the future, I recommend prostitutes and whiskey. If you're married, then you'd better leave whiskey out of the equation. Last thing you want is your wife drunk on whiskey when you're trying to have sex with prostitutes. Trust me on that one.

Unless you can have a threesome with your wife... Then, whiskey is the way to go.

I spend all my money on whiskey, so I can't usually afford wives or prostitutes.

How big is Balar now anyhow? It doesn't really show it on the map.

BTW Nico, it's Malachi who's an elf. Not the knife wielder.

I know Malachi is an elf because I typed "elf" on my character sheet.

Thanks for pointing that out though. I went back and checked. I confused the description of Morrisey with the knife weilder. Morrisey is an elf. The knife weilder is not.

I don't disappear without a trace. I leave clues to my disappearance that are completely impossible to find.

Sorry about the inconvenience, but you'll have to keep NPCing me for a while; I'm booked more-or-less solid for the next two-three weeks, and in what little time I've got in there will be playing catch-up.

If that's too much trouble, you could just go with that replacement now. He wouldn't have as much charm as I do, but he'd probably be so much more reliable that you'd see a lot more of it.

Pas d'probleme. I don't think waiting out a few weeks will be too much trouble, and at the moment I'm away fridays to sundays with alarming regularity.

Edit: Shoelip, you'll have to wait out on that grapple 'till I work out where my book went...
