The scrolls were a pain in the ass. Anyway, here's the averaged price of everything in the DMG for gambling. Simple Rules:
1. Pay the price
2. DM randomly rolls item on table*
3. Paying player gets item
4. May save or lose money

*Note: When rolling weapons and armor, items always have at least one special ability.

Minor Armor: 8,500 gp
