Pellet Bow

In AD&D Oriental Adventures there was a weapon called the Pellet Bow.. It did damage as a sling bullet with light crossbow ranges...which is how I adapted it to 3E..however I don’t know whether to make it an exotic weapon or a martial weapon..

i'd say exotic...because its practically a slingshot and a light crossbow mixed in a bowl and baked to not quite so perfection, so you'd have to learn specifically the drafts, and pitch axis' whe you fire..so if u didn't get anything i said..then..Just make it Exotic...

It just seems like a great weapon for an NPC wu jen hengeyokai I sometimes plague my players with..on paper it isn't that great a weapon..but for a hengeyokai it's handy..
