Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is the day two fight you have all been waiting for.
That's right! Both of these combatants won the day in yesterday's bouts.
Will "James's" speed secure him a victory, or will "George's" astral constructs prove a speed bump allowing him to crush the competition.
Only time will tell, Lets Get it on!
James
hp - 70/70
pp - 62/62
George
hp - 63
pp - 146
Initiative:
James +16 = 26 and +16 = 18
George +2 = 19
James has 24 hours to post his round 1 action. (Since both competitors are you, Link, you may post each round for both if you'd like, but please don't go more than 1 round at a time so I can keep up with things)

James moves to J7 and manifests conealing amorpha, greater.
George then, remaining where he is, manifests astral construct, augmented by spending 13 power points (use overchannel and talented) to call a level 7 emerald gyre (same exact construct as last time, invisible as well), at I-J/12-13, and direct it to charge James to grapple.

James is trying to build up his defenses it looks like. Can't blame him, after seeing what George did to Timmy with that invisible astral construct of his.
And it looks like we're seeing the sequel to that fight. That defensive power didn't seem to help much, and James is looking almost as much like a pretzel as Timmy did.
James moves and manifests greater concealing amorpha (5pp).
George manifests augmented astral construct (13pp) to create a level 7 Emerald Gyre. Emerald Gyre charges to I-J/9-10 and attempts to grapple into J7. James has total concealment = 50% miss chance. D% = 76, has a chance to hit. Emerald Gyre attacks James +20 = 29 vs flat footed AC 16, hits. James takes 1d8+12 = 14 damage. Emerald Gyre attempts to grapple James through improved grab. Emerald Gyre grapple +25 = 37 vs James grapple +8 = 16, success. Emerald Gyre moves into James's square.

James manifests psionic grease, targeting himself. George targets James with a Crystallize power, DC 23, and directs the construct to rip James apart should James not crystallize. Should he crystallize, the battle is over.
Saving throw: [roll0]
EDIT: James suceeded, so construct makes 2 grapple attacks for damage.

Well, it seems that James was watching what happened to Timmy yesterday. He's greased himself up to make it harder for that invisible construct to hold on.
And he's holding his own against the powers George is throwing at him. That Emerald Gyre may be a bit too much for him to handle though.
You aren't kidding! It's just not natural for an arm to be bent that way!
James attempts to manifest psionic grease. James concentration +17 = 23 vs DC 21, success. James manifests psionic grease, targeting himself (1pp).
George manifests Crystallize, targeting James (11pp). James fort +15 = 28 vs DC 23, saves, no effect. George directs Emerald Gyre to full attack James, grappling to do damage. Emerald Gyre +25 = 40 vs James +18 = 23. James takes 1d8+12 = 17 damage. Emerald Gyre +20 = 27 vs James +18 = 24. James takes 1d8+12 = 20 damage.

James makes one escape artist check to escape the grasp of the emerald gyre. If sucessful, James moves 1/2 speed toward George as per grappling rules. If it fails, James forfeits. James then uses his move action to move 30' closer to George. If James escapes, George manifests Augmented Mind Thrust targeting James for 11 PP, dealing 11d10 damage on a failed save. DC is 23

Look at that! The grease paid off! He got out!
Short lived victory though, he seems to be caught again.
OOOHHHH! Look at that! Now THAT was a propperly delivered mind thrust! Wow, talk about overkill!
James attempts to escape from Emerald Gyre. James escape artist +29 = 41 vs EG Grapple +25 = 28, success, James escapes. James moves. This provokes an AoO from Emerald Gyre. Concealment D% = 87, has a chance to hit. Emerald Gyre +20 = 30 vs AC 16 (flat footed), hits. James takes 1d8+12 = 18 damage. Emerald Gyre gets to attempt a grapple via improved grab. EG +25 = 43 vs James +18 = 32, success. James is grappled.
George manifests augmented Mind Thrust (11pp). James will save +14 = 15, auto failure. James takes 62 damage. James is dead, George wins.
