Mysticar throws down his Carpet of flying, steps onto it saying the command word and says, "Carpet UP!"
[OOC: I think that is a Move a Move/Standard and a free action, as the Carpet is operated by voice command and not activation once it is opened up. The Carpet should move 30' or 60' up the same round, depending on what you allow for its move. Will the carpet continue to be under Mystcar's feet after each CR battle ends? If so it should be 'floating' and 'active' as it is not rolled up.]

Mysticar takes out his carpet and drops it, stands on it as a free action. He then activates it as a standard action. (after each round, carpet will deactivate and float down. Reactivation requires a standard action. Since it's a carpet, no damage will be taken for fall).
Agile Loper attacks, hits. Deals 4 points of damage. Map is unchanged.

Mysticar encourages the carpet to get up to 100' and then gives it to the command to go North East while pulling his Staff of Wall of Stone #1 out of his Quiver of Ehlonna.
[OOC: Whenever you want to 'fast time' the construction of what he wants to do with the Walls of Stone, feel free to say so.]

Mysticar uses his staff to cast a horizontal wall of stone along the ground, 10' wide, from one side of the arena to the other side of the arena across its middle. The wall grows out of the 10' high wall of stone already encasing the arena. From his starting location to the central wall he sprouts a 5' wide horizontal wall so that there is a path from where he starts to the wall that does not touch the ground. It will take 2 charges of the staff to accomplish this.
Following Mysticar builds a wall 60' wall out of the foundation he has laid across the middle of the arena. In the wall at strategic locations will be arrow crosses (the kind that fortresses have for archers to shoot out of), but they are all build so that the inside of the building get the least benefit. None could be used to spot Mysticar's starting location without extensive movement and height, at least 30'. However, they are at the correct locations for Mysticar to see in the building when he is at 60' and 120' above his starting position and 25' to the left of that and 25' to the right of that.
Following he continues this around the other three sides (no arrow crosses), building off of the original stone, but inside of it (thus using 2 extra squares of wall, but allowing for a solid foundation). He adds buttresses, braces, and other necessities for the stability of his building as needed to keep the building where it is, should the ground no longer be there. Roofing it over, except for a 20' by 20' area near the back middle of the side the monsters are to start in. There are arrow crosses each 25' from each wall, 25' inside the roof for Mysticar to see down into from above.
Inside he affixes the 6 Continual light stones to the ceiling so that the inside of the building will be lit. In addition he reinforces a 30' by 30' section of the central wall to double thickness to keep monsters at bay for a good deal of time (if he can make the wall spiked, he will).
On the roof, once he is done inside, he builds a smaller building that is 20' high, by 20' wide, and 20' long dome box for the very tall creatures to not bump their heads when they appear. In the top of this is an arrow cross.
[OOC: The intent is a completely closed in space so that normal monsters and beings can not leave. Anything with passwall, Earth Elementals, and other creatuers with certain powers will only be stopped for a short time obviously. Mysticar wants time to cast TimeStop and deal with the monsters. If Mysticar needs to move some earth to get the foundation in correctly or building supports and buttresses then he has the spell available. He will take 10 or 20 as needed to complete his Engineering design needs.
I figured this would take 65 charges of Stone wall at 25CL for the basics, plus whatever you think will be needed to provide support and sound engineering. He would like to have a couple of dozen charges left to repair the building when monsters rip through the front of it.]

The little somewhat round things are where the Arrow Slits are on the top, and the ones that cross the line are at the corner to see in frmo 45% angle as it were. The little box around the M is the 5x5 square to start on, just in case its water, so he can get on his carpet. The box above the badguys starting area is 20' higher, to accomodate the collossal creatures and not 'squize' them out of the structure to start on top of it.
The arrow Slits allow M to see in so that his "summoning" stuff can pop the creatures inside the wall (since there is a Range and he only needs line of effect). 6 Continual Light stones should keep things well lit They are places strategically.
The structure is build, so that if there is no ground below it, it will still stay attached to the sidewalls and not crumble down.

Mysticar looks over the side of his rug and drops it down to a point where he is in range and then goes through the motions of summoning an Earth Elemental using his Stone of Control. Once the elemental does show up he tells it to kill the pest. While it does that he replaces the Staff of Wall of Stone #2 into his quiver and pulls out his Staff of Time Stop. Now he is prepared for the next round of combat as soon as his elemental takes care of the dreaded Loper.
[OOC: Ioun Stone should already be floating around his head.]

Mysticar floats down and summons the earth elemental, which makes quick work of the foe. All spell effects end. Elemental is dismissed.
