I'm sorry for the confusion re: initiative in this bout. Slag, you will get to post a new action for round 1 after Link goes, or you can allow that one to stand, your choice.

James moves and manifests a power. As Psicraft is trained only, Lilith does not get to attempt to identify it. (Note, I will be listing it in the stat block to reduce my own confusion).

As James moves across the arena, Lilith screams out, "YOU CALL YOURSELF A PALADIN, SKULKING ABOUT LIKE A HUNG OVER STREET WALKER ON THE WAY HOME FROM WORK!?!"
She moves briskly away from him, wondering why he is so casually advancing upon her. "Not a paladin or skulker at all, I guess, but a salesman of substandard beauty products."
OOC:
If possible (and I think it should be), with her swift action for round 1: Mental Barrier (5 PP) augmented to last for 5 total rounds (4 PP) and 1 additional deflection (4 PP) a total cost of 13 PP. Reduced by 1 for torc = 12 PP from reserve. Benefit +5 deflection to AC.
New Armor Class: 37, touch 26, flat footed 30
Move action: Move as far from James as possible (to P1)
Standard action: Wild surge for 4 with empowered ego whip expending psionic focus from her psicrystal, augmented thrice for a total cost of 17 PP (3 base +12 augment +2 empower). Reduced by 4 for wild surge and 1 for torc = 12 PP from reserve.
Charisma damage: [roll0] x 1.5. Will save DC 21 (10 +2 power +6 augment +3 Cha) for half damage. James is dazed on failed save.
Lilith has a 20% chance of enervation: [roll1]
If not enervated, Lilith gains a +2 morale bonus to attacks, saves, and saving throws.
She will use empty mind at full augment on any will save power.

Move 30' to L11 and manifest Augmented Death Urge for 11 PP. Save DC is 23, lasts 2 rounds. If Lillith fails save, she is forced to do nothing on her turn except attempt to commit suicide the best way she can. If she is armed, she attacks herself and auto-crits. If unarmed, she moves up to me as best as she can (runs to me) and provokes an AoO, offering herself.
In any case, manifest Precognition, Defensive as a swift action, spending 10 power points to grant a +2 insight bonus to AC and saving throws for 12 minutes.

(I did the math out using Pythagorean theorem. To move to S2 from Jame's location is 57.008 feet, thus, he can charge from his location.)
Charge Lillith, moving to S2. Activate Lurk Augment, 2 at once. Lurk Augments chosen are Deceptive Strike, and Mental Assault. Spend 12 power points on Mental assault to increase int. damage by 6, for a total of 8. If attack lands, Lillith is reduced to 0 int, and is in a coma. Also deals 2d6 psionic sneak attack damage. If either d6 is a roll of a 1, reroll that damage as per deadly precision feat.
+2 to hit from charge, +15 normally, +17 total. Lillith's AC against this attack is 30. If this hits, match is over.

Just after James's turn begins Lilith manifests Empty mind (12pp).
James activates the lurk augments Deceptive Strike and Mental Assault as a swift action, augmenting Mental Assault with 12pp. James charges to S-2. To hit +17 = 30 vs AC 30, hits. Lilith takes 3d6 = 8 damage and 8 INT damage. Lilith is reduced to 0 INT and falls into a coma. James wins.
