Languages
There is no Common tongue.
Languages are color coded according to the following list:
Dark Orchid: Draconic
Cyan: Deepling
Teal: Halfling
Yellow Green: Druidic
Navy: Human
Orange: Orc
Red: Dwarf
Accents
Accents in the game are font coded according to the following list:
Times New Roman: Elf
Comic Sans MS: Halfling
Courier New: Human
Arial: Orc
Lucinda Console: Dwarf
These two coding systems can be combined to call attention to how a character speaks.
A human with a noticeable accent, for instance, would speak their native language like this. While they would speak Halfling like this
A halfling, on the other hand, would speak halfling like this. But their human would look like this
Use of the narrative font (i.e. the font you get by default with you just enter plain text) when writing speech simply means that the character does not have a pronounced accent.
