Dagger and shield in hand, C&P calmly watches the three cats on the other side of the arena. "I understand the necessity of starting at some point. But surely you agree that these critters pose no challenge to one like me?" He addresses the jury in a slightly annoyed tone of voice. Shrugging, he then sets to prepare.

Waiting for the cats to move, he then strolls across the arena and pokes his dagger at one of the cats.

[Round 1: Manifest vigor.

Round 2: Delay until the cats have acted, then move to a field adjacent to only one cat (if possible) and attack it with the dagger.

AC is 20.]

Initiative:

C&P 6

C&P manifests Vigor (+5 temporary HP).

Cats move forward 30 feet.

C&P charges (+2 attack rolls, -2 AC until next turn) to M6. Attacks Calico Cat: 21. Calico Cat takes 6 damage. Calico Cat is killed.


Round Tres!

Cats enter C&P's square to attack, provoking AOOs. C&P attacks: 17 and 15. C&P deals 4 and 5 damage. Cats are killed.

C&P purses his lips in thought as he is asked how many cat-warriors he wants to face next. "I would have to calculate thoroughly to give you an exact answer... but seeing that I do not have the time right now, why don't we try for 30?" Raising a brow in an arrogant manner he adds. "Yes, that should do nicely."

C&P addresses the crowd. "This spectacle is brought to you by Consolidation & Purgation!! Watch and enjoy!" Turning to the cats he mutters "Ah well, 30 are probably nothing but a nuisance." His words are accompanied by an arrogant sneer.

[R1: Manifest vigor as standard action, manifest deflection field as swift action (for 2 PPs altogether).

R2: Standard action to continue concentration on deflection field, move forward to the center of the arena to give the crowd a better view (H4).

R3: Standard action to continue concentrating on deflection field, 5' step in any square that has the least cats in it.

AC 23 / +2 (1d4+2) / 4 AoOs.]

C&P manifests Vigor and Deflection Field, gaining 4 deflection bonus to AC and 5 temporary HP.

Cats move forward 30 feet.

C&P moves to H4.

Cats attack, provoking AOOs. C&P attacks: 18, 15, 14, 17. Four hits. C&P deals 5, 4, 6, and 3 damage. Four cats die.

Cats attack and must score a natural 20: 18, 11, 1, 10. Four misses.

C&P steps into a square with two cats, provoking two AOOs. Cats must score a natural 20: 18 and 9. Two misses.

C&P sets to work in concentration. After one round, the number of cats is already thoroughly decimated. Sighing profusely, he looks up at the audience and shrugs. "Nothing but a nuisance, I knew it."

[Continue with the same tactic, yes. :)
If he is surrounded by four cats and there are three or more cats in his square, move through the cats by crossing the least squares with cats in them and at least 10' away from the nearest cat while continuing to use standard actions to concentrate on deflection field.

When the 5 hp are gone (either through hits or duration expires), manifest vigor as a swift action with multitask racial ability expending one extra PP.

Speed up... initiate!]

Notes: You are taking 4 AOOs a round at +2 with an automatic kill if it hits. You are drawing AOOs by moving through the occupied squares. The maximum amount of AOOs in a single round is 6 (moving out of the square is 4 plus another 2 for moving through an occupied square). This prevents the cats from using full attacks.

C&P nods to himself as he feels the cats wear through his defenses slowly. Time to renew them. He moves out of the area and while keeping up his concentration on his defenses, uses his innate powers to reestablish his buffer against the cat's rakes and scratches.

[Move to M7 via K5, then manifest vigor as a swift action with multitask racial ability expending one extra PP. Keep up concentration as a standard action.

Aaaand... continue with the same tactic as before until vigor expires or cats are all dead. :)]
