George casts Burning Hands. Cat makes a reflex save: 23 vs. DC 15. Success. Cat takes 2 damage. Cat dies.

Cats charge (+2 attack rolls, -2 AC) George, provoking an AOO. Because George has no weapon the AOO is ignored.

Cats Attack: 5, 21. One hit. Cat deals 1 damage.

George quick steps out from the group of cats into another group, and blasts a gout of flame, weaving to avoid attacks.

George steps to B4. George attempts to cast Burning Hands defensively. George makes a concentration check: 15 vs. DC 16. Failed. George loses Burning Hands.

Cats attack, one provoking an AOO. George forgoes the attack because he is unarmed. Cats attack: 20, 16, 11, and 10. Two hits. Cats deal 1 and 1 damage.

George HP: 3/5

Note: An additional 6 attacks are available to the cats due to them using their full attack options. Three will be bites, three will be claws. This is added as a fix due to GM error.

Cats attack with claws: 19, 11, 7. One hit. Cat deals 1 damage.

Cats attack with bite: 11, 7, 19. One hit. Cat deals 1 damage.

George steps quickly to another square, and attempts to launch the flames again.

George steps backwards and in a violent motion brings his palms together. Arcane words spill from his lips as sweat collects on his brow. In an instant he casts his hands forward and the air cackles and hisses before erupting in a cascade of flame. Red wave after red wave crashes into the cats, searing any fur from their flesh before eventually turning them to ash. As the last echoes of their mewling falls to silence and the smoke clears only the charred marks on the ground are any indication of what was once there.

In a fit of vengeance an orange cat attacks, entering George's square who is caught unaware as he gasps for breath. In his weakened state he can only watch in horror as the fangs of the beast close around his leg, puncturing one of his arteries. In yet another crimson display a life is claimed...

The cats feast grandly this night. Tonight they dine on flesh of the fallen.

OOC: Cats die no matter the result of their reflex save. Cats attack, squeezing into the square. One cat manages to hit with an 18, dealing 1 damage and taking George down to 0. Because this puts him in a state where he cannot cast without falling unconscious he has to kill all of the cats with a single spell. No spell on the Warmage list has the ability to kill all of the cats in their current formation so George is forced into a loss.
