Since their not Open Game License I'm not sure how legal that would be...

But... it's Mad Martigan! How can you refuse one of the prominent and highly contributory members of 3ebb back in its heyday?
(I don't have the books, btw)

Warforged - http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Races.pdf (page 33)
Ninja - http://www.crystalkeep.com/d20/rules/DnD3.5Index-Classes-Base.pdf (page 158)
And no, Crystal Keep is not illegal.

Now, one problem is whether or not an up-armored Warforged's body (such as with the Admantine Body feat) will stop a ninja's unarmored-only abilities from working. The way I've interpreted the rules, a ring of force shield won't nullify the ninja's abilties, but it also doesn't have spell failure, armor check penalties, or speed reductions, like an admantine warforged. Just thought I'd bring it up. (Especially because I'm considering building a warforged ninja/dread pirate... y'know, since a robot ninja pirate should be more or less invincible.)

The Adamantine Body feat says in the "special" section, "Warforged characters with this feat do not gain the benefit of any class feature prohibited to a character wearing heavy armor."
So yeah, adamantine body would stop unarmored-only abilities from working.

What does the mithril body entry say about that?

What does the mithril body entry say about that?
I would suspect that Mithril would have no such cost, being a powerful yet light material.
Perhaps it could be approximated by an alloy of aluminum and adamantium. Of course, the former does not exist in general D&D campaigns due to the necessary methods of processing.

What does the mithril body entry say about that?
In the special entry it says that characters do not gain the benefit of any class feature prohibited to a character wearing light armor.

Hmm... a ninja warforged with unarmored body (or whatever the feat is)...
Could see if it could be made primarily out of darkwood.
