For those that play Diablo II (Or not), here's my conversions of the unique enemy (Treat as a template):

HD: As base creature +8
Challenge Rating: As base creature +3

Types of unique bonuses (1d3 per unique creature):

Aura: Taking Suggestions

Cursed: Ditto

Cold Enchanted: +1d6 cold damage, cold subtype, hit slows enemy for (1/2 HD) rounds unless Fort save (DC=10+1/2 HD), death 1xHD cold damage 20ft. (Ref half) with slow on failed save.

Extra Fast: Permanent haste effect

Fire Enchanted: +1d6 fire damage, fire subtype, At death does (2xHD) Fire damage in 20 ft. radius, Ref save (DC=10+1/2 HD) half.

Lightning Enchanted: +1d6 electricity damage, electricity immunity, melee hit Ref save (DC 10+1/2 HD) or take 1xHD electricity damage)

Magic Resistant: fire/cold/electricity resistance 40

Mana Burn: Spellcasters Will save (DC=10+1/2 hd) or lose 1 highest-level spell

Multishot: Fire 2 more shots at random enemy (Ranged attack enemies only)

Spectral Hit: cold/electricity/fire resistance 20, +1d6 fire/cold/electricity/acid damage (Random per hit)

Stoneskin: +6 natural armor, DR 8/-

Extra Strong: +6 Str

Teleport: More suggestions needed here

Feel free to increase CR by another 1 for stoneskin, mana burn, or others.
