Well, once again, Doke Soloth has decided to exercise some tournament organizer muscle.

That's right. Now the Loser's Bracket participants at the Intermediate level are getting their first taste of the full arena. This should prove interesting.

Especially since we're starting with a rematch. Wang Xiao Yun and Ok Bok have already faced each other, but it was in one of the smaller arena subsections. Will the larger field of play make a difference?

Well, Wang has already had a chance to play on the larger field where a couple of Shadow Mastiffs proved disaterous. Now he's down an animal companion.

Not really. He spent all night replacing his bear so he's bound to be tired, but his bear was a decisive advantage in his last match against Ok Bok, so it may have been worth it.

Her booted foot slammed into the arena, churning up a cloud of blood-soaked dust. Unheeded, it swirled around her as she continued, her hard eyes focused as she stepped once again into the harsh sun. Now, she thought, blood beginning to pace, you die.

Ok Bok rages, and uses intimidate to demoralize her opponents. Wang and his horse do not have line of sight on Ok Bok and is thus not effected, however, Brown Bear, Tiger 5, and Dire Wolf 4 are. Intimidate 20+10=30 vs. Brown Bear 2+7=9, Tiger 5 2+13=15, Dire Wolf 4 10+16=26. All are shaken. Crowd attitude towards Wang worsens 1 step.

Well, Ok Bok is off to a frightening start, its just too bad that Wang couldn't see her. Those big stone walls in between them are ruining the effect.

I doubt that's the last time that Ok Bok will try that tactic though. She might still scare Wang's boots off.

With thundering hooves Wang bursts into her vision, and she screams again, her name resounding throughout the arena. Her vision turning red, she races towards the bear and brings the full weight of her strength to bear upon it, her massive sword flashing through the air as though it was weightless.

Man! Wang pulled an all nighter to aquire that bear and now Ok Bok has managed to dispatch it in short order.

That's definately got to be unnerving. So much so that Wang's still trying to avoid Ok Bok and is forcing his horse into near impossbile feats. Which naturally has a bad result.

Well, whatever hesitation that has gripped Wang, doesn't seem to have effected Ok Bok. She's tearing through whatever is in her way in getting to Wang.
