The Three Guildsmen
Describing these three men is a difficult task due to their utter secrecy even going as far not to hand out any names at all to their hirelings.
Clearly in charge is the Guildsman Superior, identifiable only from his rather squat body form and Red gloves as opposed to the black of his companions.

Robin
Cook
There is a saying "never trust a thin cook" and Robin seems to have taken this to his heart. A round fellow with next to no hair and a ruddy red face, he seems to thoroughly enjoy his work as the cook on these expeditions. Expeditions of which he has attended countless.

Tak
Horse groom / General Dogsbody
Only just past his eighteenth year of life, Tak has accompanied Robin for almost seven whole years now. Over those years he has carved himself out a niche in looking after the wagon pulling horses of the Guildsmen and any animals that the hirelings bring along, along with any other random tasks that need doing. He is in awe of the people that actually journey inside the ruins, although his own experiences of how few return have made him wise enough to avoid the danger so far.

Jamis
A large sour man who carries a large battered mace. This will be his third time working in the employ of a guild, and he'd have preferred his first to have been his last. He doesn't trust the guilds and he doesn't think the danger is worth the money. However, his wife does, and he refuses to allow her to do this alone. A heavy chainmail coat rests over his clothing.

Ivy
The wife of Janis, an attractive elven maid with short platinum hair and eyes of a deep purple. Deeply devoted to her husband, she makes no secret that her people cast her out of Kvas, although she insists it was simply a misunderstanding. A jack of many trades and an asset to the people she works with. She often attracts most of the other mercanaries of an evening as she recounts stories of her past. Stories which seem a little too fantastic, but are still entertaining.

Joshua
A little weasel of a man who looks upon everybody with a sneer. The desire for lost knowledge and power is written all over his face. The large bag of exciting tools he brought with him and his supposed ability with traps of all kinds helped the Guild overlook his possible attitude problem.

Artok
Despite being a little smaller than Jamis, Artok the half-orc, is most likely blessed with more raw strength. His skin's greenish tinge and the bestial cast to his face betray his origins. Most conversation tends to drift several yards above his head, although despite his shortcomings with mental faculties he seems to be a genuinely nice soul despite the smell that seems to originate in the "armour" he wears. The hide armour carries a definite home-made look. Perhaps an opinion that will be dispelled should he ever had cause to use the battle-axe he straps to his back.

Felix
A youth seeking his fortune, and a youth who is going to get himself in to trouble if he doesn't stop staring at Ivy while Jamis is around. He doesn't talk about himself much but has the grubby hands and hair of a teenager who decided he'd leave the family farm to seek his fortune in the big city and has ended up sleeping rough for a few days. He carries an old sword that most likely belonged to his father or grandfather previously.

Yan
With a pair of shortswords and a crossbow at his belt and thw swagger he walks with, Yan appears to be the kind of sellsword who prefers a job that involves killing simply people. Of average height and build, the prospect of this job seems to have made him rather subdued and bored.

Leto
A man of maybe thirty-five, but one who is kept in good shape by his line of work. He has been on at least half a dozen expeditions with various Guilds (this is about five more than most people ever make).
His hair is short and halfway between being grey and brown, his neck carries a scar from a trap he once set off. He enjoys scaring those who haven't worked for a Guild before by recounting the story of his scar and how he would almost certainly be dead if the Gods hadn't been smiling down on him that day.
He carries a rather fine longsword, wears very well made studded leather armour, and brags about being a fine swordsman. He seems to sign up to these jobs almost exclusively for the money, if there is another motivation he clearly does not want to share the details with anybody.
