Greetings Readings. Once more I come to you, bearing the truth that no one else will dare speak.
Dolls. Small monsters that appear as a nothing so much as living children's dolls. Subject of more then one child's nightmares, and a mystery to modern Cryptozoology. Many research teams have attempted to find out more about these elusive monsters, and all have reported that they are too rare to learn any detailed information. The truth or something more sinister?
We were first altered to the truth behind these creatures by a loyal reader who wishes to remain Anonymous. With this theory in mind we set out to gather all the information available about these elusive monsters, as well as perform our own field research.
Unfortunately, due to their rarity, this was not a great deal of data. We were, however, able to confirm the existing beliefs. Dolls are psychic monsters. They do not appear to eat or consume anything from their environment. They do not appear to breed, and they do not conform to any particular habitat type. All of this only made our current theory more promising.
Next we sorted and correlated the reported number of Doll sightings into year formats, and then compared it to occurrences of child murders. Yes child murders. Much to our dismay, what was essentially a long shot turned up some rather distressing facts.
In years where a higher number of young children were killed, there was an increased amount of reported Doll sightings. By contrast, in years where few children had met an unfortunate death Doll sightings took a drastic drop.
We could only arrive at one conclusion; dolls are the sprits of children who were killed.
The loyal reader who wrote in to bring this fact to our awareness first formulated his theory shortly after his young daughter was tragically killed in an automobile accident. Several months after her passing, a Doll arrived on his property which bore some faint resemblance to his now deceased daughter. The creature's intent interest in the girl's things, and what he described as stress it exhibited when he and his wife attempted to pack them away, is what lead him to the conclusion.
So I ask you? Are these creatures just another mysterious Monster, or something much darker? Will you ...
