The Elder Races
The age of the Elder Races has passed on Aos. Fertility has plummeted and a child born to a community is an event to be celebrated by all. The cause of the decline was discussed greatly in past years but in the present time the Elves and Dwarves of the world seem to have accepted that their age has passed.

+4 to Listen,Search and Spot checks (replaces the +2)
When dealing with arcane magic the save DCs and bonus spells are determined as if the Intelligence and Charisma of the elf were 2 higher (which is essentially a slightly tweaked version of that old super feat spellcasting prodigy)

Dwarves
On the Bashir islands Dwarves belong to one of two clans, Dumuzi and Khorvek (and in ages past a third, Clan Urthgar). Each clan claims a vast tract of land (the earth beneath) as its ancestral homeland (its "Kaer"). Each Kaer is a network of principally subterranean towns joined through extensive tunnel networks.
A Dwarvern name contains three elements, forename-familyname-clanname

Free toughness feat
Free endurance feat
+4 on saves against poison (replaces the +2)
+1ECL
Half-elves
Very rare indeed and almost without exception raised by elves. To have any amount of elvish blood raised by outsiders would be unthinkable. But unthinkable things do happen (and would most likely have the proficiencies changed to a skill point bonus much like humans)
