Try to be more patient, I visit the board atleast once a day, and if I see any new posts in the inquiries section I check to make sure there are not any outstanding forum requests - so I rarely need a Private Message or email to nudge me. Only if I have not created your forum within five days and have not given a reason for not doing so do I need a little nudge. :)

In any case the forum has been created, though you should read my comments in recruitment thread.
