After thinking about it, due to the large number of languages some sort of scheme might be useful to go along with any tags, just so we know what's being spoken.
I've looked at Dirigible's list and altered it to suit my needs.
Erenlander = No color, it's common enough that we don't need to be writing in color every time the characters want to hold a casual conversation.
High Elven = limegreen
Danisil/Jungle Mouth = green
Orcish = red
Black Tongue = dark red
Old Dwarven = blue
Clan Dialects = light blue
Colonial = violet
Courtier = pink
Norther = olive
Halfling = white
Trader's Tongue = yellow
Dialogue said by another character that you want to include in your post = orange
