Good news for you who can't yet shell out $90 (or three 'easy' installments of $30), or are unsure:
The System Reference Document for the revised D&D rules is now available here (http://www.wizards.com/D20/article.asp?x=srd35). Just be careful with the "all-in-one" download; last time I checked it a day or two ago, it was still chock-full of 3.0 goodness. Instead, try the "combined downloads" section at the bottom.
This'll give you a chance to see the changes they've made to the D&D rules, or have a copy of them until you can purchase the real thing. Trust me, there's a lot of stuff that's been revised that ISN'T covered in the SRD. But it'll give you enough info to run a game, play in a 3.5-based game (like mine), or create your own stuff.
