that threads seem to be disappearing all over the place. I've had 3 of them disappear in the past day or two from my Freeport game... most annoying really...

just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if it's just me....

No, no need to delete this post. This is actually pretty useful to show others what happens if you have the wrong settings in your User CP...

You most likely had your preferences to only show posts newer than XXX days (ezboard users often select this, thinking it's for the better). I recommend all users to simply select to show ALL posts. Only people on a 24k4 or 36k6 modem might not like the extra load (as opposed to the server, which won't mind the extra load at all).

I was wondering WTF is going on here? Then it hit me like a ton of bricks that the posts were just old. I was getting a bit confused for awhile.
