How in gods name do I create a game on this website?

How do I find players? And where do I as for admittance into a forum? I love D&D and all, but I wanted to start a game basedoff a book series I read, Anita Blake: Vampire Executioner, by Laurell K Hamilton.

That depends on how many players you want in your game

Basically, Fill your game, If you want 4 players, make sure you have 4 players... if you want 6, have 6.

Thats pretty much it.... although there is some talk of virginal sacrifices, but the policy is still yet to be decided on that :-)
