May I have a forum?

I want to name it Channel 27
The description would be "Where all the best cartoons are!"

I would set up a toon game there.

If you can make this I would be greatly appreciative.

Just to point out something (that may not be needed)
but you need to collect together your players before getting a forum (IIRC we had a rash of requests and games that never started a while back)
