Restructuring "Reflections Oblique"

LeeCHeSSS and Whonan, I'd like to restructure the sub-forums in Reflections Oblique.

First, delete the two sub-forums that are there.

Last, add new sub-forums with the following names (in this order, if possible):
Performers Fundamental (Player Characters)
Assistants Incidental (Non-Player Characters)
Locii Habitual (Places and Cultures)
Denizens Divergent (Races and Monsters)
Entities Supreme (Deities or something like them)
Edicts Dynastic (House Rules)


Since everyone will be contributing, I think this new layout will make it easier for people to add stuff and easier for everyone to find it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
