As of late whenever I click on "Last Page" or hell, any number of a page in a thread I'm automatically bumped to the first page. It's really annoying. Now this doesn't happen if I click on a link sent via an email notice, anyone have an idea what spurred this? Or more importantly, how to fix it? It's just plain annoying.

That's odd, since the links seem to work fine for me. Give me the exact location of the link that did this to you. It might be that I accidently "damaged" a template.

It's not even a link, it's any thread where there's enough pages to have a "Last page" option. Hell, if a thread has more than one page I can't access them until I go into the page (automatically starts me at page one) and then click on the page number from there.

Ok, now I'm confused, you're NOT clickin on links and yet stuff is happening?

Hmm, I don't think I was very clear there. Let me try again.
If I get an email notice that there's a new post and I click on the link within that email, it's fine, I go right there.
However if I click on "last page" in Eidolon's OOC thread.

I'm automatically bumped to the first page. It's pretty weird. Now it isn't a big deal, just irritating. This happens with every thread.
To make this even more confusing I clicked on that link and it worked perfectly for me. Yet if I go back through the forums, into Eidolon, and then click on the "last page" I'm dumped onto the first page.

I cannot replicate the error. Try making a screenshot of the page where you are clicking (be sure to mark the exact link), so I know where to look.

That same thing has happened to me, but only sporadically. There doesn't seem to be any pattern at all to it. The first couple of times I thought I just hit the 'page 1' link instead of the 'last page' link, but I started paying attention after that.
At any rate, I've only noticed it within 'Eidolon' but that may be because I spend most of my time there.

Internet Explorer 5.5.

Hmm, I'm using Opera 7.0 which might be the source of my difficulties (it wasn't a problem until after I upgraded to the latest version).

The answer to this problem is simple. Your computer has come alive, and is now tormenting you endlessly, in small ways.

Gralhulk: You probably have the same thing that happens to me sometimes, and that's that I just barely mis-click the "last page" or "most recent" links, which then is actually just a click on the table-area simply being page 1.
For Cad, it would seem that the latest Opera upgrade may not like the scipting <shrug> hard to say, maybe I'll download it myself this weekend and take a look!
