He then uses Recuperative Strike on the archer. vs AC for [roll1] if it hits. He also gains 3 temp hp if it hits, and his AC drops by 2.
Edit: reroll 1 on damage to [roll]1d6+5. Rolled a 3 with my die since it looks like I can't edit a new roll.

Hobgoblin Soldier Blue bullrushes Taraka. [roll0] vs. Fort. On a hit Taraka is pushed int Z10 and the hobgoblin shifts into Y09.
Does a bullrush trigger a "makes an attack" condition? If so, Karon will teleport next to him (I can't get the map on my connection, so if I can flank, I will, if not, then where ever) and make a melee basic attack. The hobbo also has -2 to his attack since Karon's not included, but I assume a 12 misses anyway.

It triggers the "makes an attack that doesn't target Karon" condition (and so should have had the penalty) but the attack didn't hit so you don't get the teleport.
