Effect: You mark the target. The target remains marked until it drops to 0 hp, or a new mark supersedes the mark. If you mark other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.

Tactics: basically Karon has two modes. Against low to hit opponents or low AC high reflex opponents he uses his recuperating strike, which is two handed, higher damage, and vs AC. It also grants temp HP. However it drops his AC by two, as swordmage warding is +1 if You don't have a free hand.

If there are two or more people adjacent or he's facing high AC or high to hit, he uses Sword Burst. That's force damage and gives him the 18 AC on his sheet.
